New Resident Information

Owens Cross Roads City Hall is located at 9032 Highway 431 S. 

Our hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm – Monday through Friday

The Sewer Department and Police Department have offices within City Hall

Sewer deposits of $100 (Property Owners)/$150 (Property Renters) are due upon move-in. Sewer fees are $44 and are due to the 20th of each month. The Sewer Department can be reached at 256-725-4163 ext. 1001. We accept cash, check or debit/credit cards (2.5% fee per transaction for card). Payments may be made inside City Hall, by phone, or anytime by mail or the outside drop box.
