The City does NOT own this property.
The City was approached by an outside developer but is NOT a stakeholder in the project.
The Planning Commission recommended rezoning the property to the City Council.
The City Council has NOT voted on rezoning yet. This decision will be made on February 18.
This vote is only about rezoning, NOT approving the business itself.
